Meta: protected pi

there have been some questions as to what the weekly “protected pi” posts are. they’re actually pretty boring. it’s not the juicy bits or anything. it’s audition notices from performink online (which provides the audition listings for the chicago area), which i subscribe to and repost for my actor friends and for leisurely perusal. so as not to pay every time i look at them.

they’re protected so as to avoid the possibility of rampant linking and undercutting of their basic service and readership. not that that’s been a problem, but hey. best practices.

i’m gonna move them over to another spot soon, so as to keep them from clogging everything up.
